Google Keyboard is a great alternate to most standard keyboards on phones and the best android keyboard on the market. Much better than the stock keyboard out there, it's the best keyboard to have with an android phone. Just like SwiftKey and Swype for free, you can machine gun type flawlessly on this keyboard with gesture typing. You are missing out if you don't get it.
Yes, you can enjoy using this app, especially the Swype feature and the autocorrect. There are a couple of great keyboard options out there, but this one has quickly replaced them. Fast, responsive, and accurate. You don't have to take your time texting because it's so accurate. The swipe-to-type feature is so much better than the one-finger typing, you just text using the swipe and it picks up your word 95% of the time. There are hundreds of emojis, so you can express yourself in any Android app. Not only that, the best thing is the voice to text. You can talk as long as long as you want and it will keep recording, when you're done, it spits out the text.
